Abuja, Nigeria – The Coalition of Ganduje Support Groups (C-GSG), in collaboration with The Progressive Institute (TPI), hosted a grand Reception and Dinner in Abuja to honour the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, CON, alongside members of the National Working Committee (NWC), following their appointments into various federal boards by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
The event, graced by high-profile dignitaries including Senate President Godswill Akpabio, GCON (Chairman of the Occasion), Niger State Governor, Dr. Mohammed Umar Bago (Special Guest of Honour), Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, CON, and Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum, Senator Hope Uzodimma, CON, was described as a show of unity and strength within the ruling party.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah, FCT Coordinator of Arewa Youths for Peaceful Coexistence and CEO/MD of Anarock Global Services Limited, commended the leadership of the APC for what he described as strategic progress under Dr. Ganduje’s stewardship.
Hon. Ogah, who also served as a member of the organizing committee for the reception, noted that the APC has recorded remarkable achievements under Ganduje’s leadership. He highlighted the party’s success in four out of five off-season governorship elections conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), attributing this feat to Ganduje’s inclusive political style and strategic acumen.
“Dr. Ganduje has demonstrated exceptional ability to unite the party and inspire confidence, leading to defections and strategic realignments into the APC,” Ogah stated. “His loyalty to President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and his capacity to rally stakeholders around this vision is commendable.”
He further urged President Tinubu to retain the current party leadership, describing them as a winning team that continues to deliver results and strengthen the APC’s foundation for future victories.
The event witnessed the attendance of APC state governors, senators, members of the House of Representatives, and party chairmen from across the country, reinforcing the message of unity and consolidation ahead of future political contests.
