Reports currently circulating within political circles allege that two personal assistants, Muhammed Lawal Dubagari and Ibrahim Adamu. said to be close associates of the Secretary to the Nasarawa State Government, Shuaibu Labaran Magaji (SAN), were recently sighted in Abuja participating in an ADC-led protest at the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Their presence at the demonstration has sparked controversy within APC ranks, with party loyalists expressing concerns over what they describe as growing internal sabotage and disloyalty among key political actors within the state government.

Further fueling the tension, the ADC, in a statement issued on Saturday, reportedly described the two aides as sympathetic insiders working in favor of its political agenda.

The party was quoted as assuring them of rewards should it succeed in forming government in 2027, while encouraging them to sustain efforts aimed at advancing its cause.

Also speaking, the zonal leadership, has expressed deep disappointment over the alleged involvement of aides to Governor Abdullahi Sule in a protest organized by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Abuja.

Reacting to the development, the party’s zonal leader, who spoke under condition of anonymity, described the officials’ actions as unacceptable, accusing them of acting as “moles” working against the interests of the governor and the ruling party.

He warned that such conduct undermines party unity and could have serious implications if not urgently addressed.
