The All Progressives Congress Youth Network West Africa, APCYN-WA, has congratulated the National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Dr. Dayo A. Israel, on his appointment as Deputy Director, Youth Mobilisation, ahead of the 2027 Presidential Election.

In a congratulatory message signed by the Director General of the APC Youth Network West Africa, Hon. Olatunde Gideon Igbasan, the organisation described the appointment as a recognition of Dr. Israel’s leadership capacity, strategic experience and commitment to youth mobilisation within the ruling party.

The group said Israel’s track record as National Youth Leader of the APC has demonstrated his understanding of youth engagement, grassroots mobilisation and political participation.

According to the APC Youth Network West Africa, the new assignment provides another opportunity for youth leadership to contribute meaningfully to the mobilisation of Nigerians ahead of the 2027 presidential poll.

The organisation said the role is particularly significant given the size and influence of Nigeria’s youthful population in the country’s political process.

It expressed confidence that Israel would deploy his experience, organisational skills and strategic insight toward building an effective youth mobilisation structure for the APC.

The group also linked the assignment to efforts toward the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the consolidation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

“Your appointment comes at a critical moment when the effective mobilisation of Nigeria’s vibrant youth population will be central to building a strong, united and formidable campaign,” the group said.

The APC Youth Network West Africa further expressed optimism that youth structures across Nigeria and the diaspora would work collectively to strengthen the party’s mobilisation efforts.

It urged Israel to approach the assignment with the commitment and vision that have characterised his leadership as National Youth Leader.
