The management of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) has rewarded 35 members of staff with awards and recognition for outstanding performance and excellent service delivery during the 2026 Customer Service Week (CSW).
The award ceremony, held on Thursday, was held under this year’s theme, “Going the Extra Mile.”
The management, under the leadership of the Managing Director and Chief Executive, Hon. Oyetunde Ojo, congratulated the awardees for their dedication to duty. It also commended other members of staff for their contributions to the authority’s service-delivery drive.
Hon. Ojo pledged that the FHA would continue to recognise staff who distinguish themselves in the discharge of their responsibilities.
He urged the employees to key into the ongoing reforms in the authority, describing excellent service delivery as the cornerstone of the new Federal Housing Authority.

The FHA chief also promised more training and retraining opportunities for staff, saying capacity building had improved performance across the organisation.
According to him, the 2026 Customer Service Week was worth celebrating because it recognised the commitment of staff to improved service delivery.
The Managing Director was represented at the event by the Executive Director, Estate Services, Arch. Ezekiel Nya-Etok.
