Offeh Celebrates Oborevwori at 63, Describes Him as a Leader of Vision, Purpose

Renowned businessman and philanthropist, High Chief Dr. Matt Offeh, Eni 1 of Irri Kingdom, has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon.
