The Coalition of Grassroots Movement, Imo State Chapter, and the Renewed Hope Alive Movement (RHAM), Imo State Chapter, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening grassroots mobilisation and expanding support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the state.
The alliance brings together the State Coordinator of the Coalition of Grassroots Movement, Chief Ambassador Anthony Humphrey Unaji (Kabiyesi), and the State Coordinator of RHAM, Comrade Irodili C. Iroegbu (Paxman), both of whom are from Mbieri in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State.
According to a joint statement, the partnership is designed to deepen grassroots engagement by bridging the gap between government and citizens through sustained community mobilisation, civic education, and active political participation.
The leaders stated that the collaboration would focus on strengthening the APC’s grassroots structure, encouraging greater citizen involvement in governance, and mobilising widespread support for all APC candidates in future elections.
They stressed that the initiative is also geared towards promoting inclusive governance and fostering sustainable development across Imo State, while reinforcing the party’s presence at the ward and community levels.
Chief Unaji and Comrade Iroegbu described the alliance as a significant step toward building a stronger political movement capable of connecting government policies with the aspirations of ordinary citizens.
They further called on APC faithful, youths, women, and community leaders across the state to embrace the partnership and work collectively towards consolidating the party’s grassroots base and advancing the vision of a more prosperous Imo State and Nigeria.
