Oborevwori Congratulates Ex-Minister Godsday Orubebe at 67

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe, on the occasion of his 67th birthday anniversary.

In a statement issued on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor described Orubebe as a distinguished statesman, accomplished public servant, and respected leader whose contributions to the development of Delta State and the Niger Delta region remain significant and enduring.

Governor Oborevwori commended the former minister for his years of dedicated service to the nation, particularly during his tenure as Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, where he played a pivotal role in driving infrastructure development and advancing key initiatives across the oil-rich region.

He noted that Orubebe’s vast experience, leadership qualities, and wise counsel continue to serve as valuable assets to Delta State and the country at large.
